Getting Back into Sync

3 May 2006

Greetings All,

What a month it's been for many of us. Needless to say, as I look back upon the moments of stress and grief I faced in the past few weeks, I realise that there were lessons buried deep within for me to learn. And which I am slowly accepting.

What was surprising was discovering that I wasnt alone in my dark days, a number of you dropped by facing similar moments and together we sought clarity in the cards. A few of you were impatient, wondering when this struggle in your lives would end, some of you were confused , and some of you were just weary, and turned to the Tarot deck for hope and guidance. Thank you all for your presence, in our time we spent together, it wasnt just you who was learning, so was I.

I pulled out a card for all of us on my list. And I hope it brings you clarity the way it has for me. The card of imbalance, it reveals that many have been involved in disagreements, quarrels, misunderstandings, and general anxiety due to an imbalance of energies. Also the card of allowing us to get carried away, or dwell in our negative state, this card gently guides us to tune into our heart, for that is where the truth lies. For example, you may be angry with your father or boss for being too dictatorial, and instead of calmly talking the situation out with them, you repress your feelings, and the energy may find vent in other areas like your health, or may show up in your relationship with your spouse or friends. Deep within, you may know that you're misdirecting your anger, or allowing it to brew inside but you ignore the voice and continue to fall deeper into the cycle of stress. This card reveals that by spending a minute or two in silence we can allow ourselves to find that peace, and in that calm space lies our answer. Not only does it bring back the balance, it allows us to look objectively at a situation before it goes out of hand.

So, if you find yourself irritable or impatient for no reason, or quarreling with a loved one over a petty matter, take a step back and take a few deep breaths. Automatically, you are allowing the energies to come back to a balance, and you may just discover some wonderful lessons within.

And if you still dont find the clarity and the peace, feel free to get in touch with the deck for some objective insights.

Wishing you inner peace and balance.

Warm wishes

Mita
