What Valuable Lesson Would You Pass On?

24 Nov 2006

Greetings All,

Thanks to all of you who responded to last month's newsletter "Change is in the Air" which looked at the awareness and acceptance of change, albeit painfully, yet soooo very  necessary for personal growth. If only someone had whispered that the easy part of change was over. I would soon stand at the next even more difficult step - implementing changes. No longer thinking about them, but actually getting down to rolling up my sleeves and putting them into action. Aargh. More on that some other time.

In the midst of implementing changes like forcing myself to exercise daily, and set aside time to research and write, I suddenly realised it was the end of the year when 2 astro portals called me up reminding me to give them the 2007 Tarot Forecast for all surfers. And oh, could I like do it in 2 days?

So in the midst of spreads and a whole lot of typing, I thought I'd include a little something I borrowed from Steve Pavlina, an American writer and speaker on Personal Development.

If you could pass on one valuable lesson to the world before you die, what would it be?

How would you answer this question?

My little 2 bits - "Be honest from the start, it will save you a whole lot of bother later"

And here are a few of what others said.

“You always have choices.”

“Goodness is all there is.”

“Trust your vibrations.”

“A lesson is repeated until learned.”

“There are no ordinary moments.”

“Confront your fears. Overcoming them reaps rich rewards.”

"Three things you can’t change: the weather, your past, and other people.”

What wisdom would you like to pass on to others? Do write in and let me know:)

Onto other things

Pep Yourself Up with Aura Energisers!

A special blend of aromatic essential oils used to make candles and bath salts, Aura Energisers by Prana Naturals are just what they claim to do. Just light the candle for a couple of hours or add a couple of tablespoons of the bath salts in your bath water for an amazingly refreshing effect, especially on days when you feel demotivated, overstressed and just low. Check out their website at http://www.shakunnaturesown.com/aromatherapy.htm and if you're unable to get the aura energisers let me know.

Exam Stress

Lately, a number of anxious worried parents have met with me about their children who would be appearing for the Board Exams in March. If your kids have critical exams ahead, try burning Lemon and Lemongrass essential oils/incense sticks/candles to boost concentration, alleviate stress and help your child and you.

Until next time
